These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, bookings and use of the Findaway Designs website. By purchasing a digital product or booking a workshop or skills session, you agree to these terms.
Digital products and plans
Digital plans sold by Findaway Designs are supplied electronically for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a plan gives you permission to download and use the plan to make projects for your own personal use.
Unless you have written permission from Findaway Designs, you may not:
copy, reproduce or redistribute the plan
share the digital file with another person
resell the plan or any part of it
publish the instructions, drawings or other plan content online
claim the design, drawings or instructions as your own
If you would like to use a Findaway Designs plan for commercial purposes, please contact Findaway Designs first.
Digital downloads
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring they can access the file format supplied.
If you experience a problem receiving or accessing your purchased download, please contact Findaway Designs at me@findawaydesigns.net.
Workshops and skills sessions
Workshop and skills-session places are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated during booking, bookings must be paid in full to secure a place.
Please check the workshop description, date, time and other information carefully before completing your booking.
Some workshops involve the use of tools, equipment and materials. Participants are expected to follow the safety instructions and guidance provided during the session.
Workshop cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are explained in the Findaway Designs Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
If Findaway Designs needs to cancel or significantly change a workshop, affected participants will be contacted using the details provided when booking.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment for digital products is processed through the payment options available at checkout. Workshop and skills-session payments are processed through the booking system.
Findaway Designs is not currently registered for GST, so prices do not include GST collected by Findaway Designs.
Information about projects
Every effort is made to provide clear and accurate information in Findaway Designs plans, instructions and workshops.
Woodworking, stained glass and other practical activities involve tools, materials and techniques that require appropriate care and judgment. Customers and participants are responsible for working within their own abilities and following appropriate safety practices.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original plans, drawings, instructions, photographs, graphics and written material produced by Findaway Designs remain the intellectual property of Findaway Designs.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to the purchaser.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumers automatically receive consumer guarantees when purchasing eligible goods and services, and businesses cannot remove those rights through their terms and conditions.
Website information
Findaway Designs may update product descriptions, workshop information, prices and website content from time to time.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but if you notice something that appears incorrect, please contact us.
